Tasty Tuesday: Choc Chip Cookies

These biccies or cookies have been a favourite since forever. They are the recipe my Mum used to feed her hungry and other hungry munchkins with. YUM!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
125 grams butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons condensed milk
1 cup self-raising flour
125 grams choc bits
Alternatives: Use nuts, 100’s and 1000’s, sultanas etc instead of choc bits.

Method:
Cream butter and sugar
Add milk then sifted flour
Add choc bits
Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls with lightly floured hands.
Place onto greased oven tray; press down lightly.
Bake in a moderate oven (180ºC, 350ºF) about 15 to 20 min.
Cool on wire rack.

Note: Make double, triple or quadruple batches if your house are hungry, biccie munchers.
